AI agent for tattoo artist scheduling in studios
An AI agent for tattoo artist scheduling in studios integrates with your tools and current flow, with human supervision and traceability. Before automating we define the task, exceptions and success criteria.
We work from Barcelona and Madrid and remotely across Spain, Europe, LATAM and the United States. The agent adapts to your sector and real process, not the other way round.
We hand over the agent, its configurations, repositories and documentation in accounts owned by your company, without lock-in and with the ability to audit or rotate credentials.

THE CHALLENGE
tattoo artist scheduling in studios
In tattoo artist scheduling in studios, manual work is slow, depends on staff and leaves room for error; automating it without knowing the sector's flow is a risk. The difference is an agent with rules, exceptions and control, built for your operation.
Clashing bookings between artists
Two artists book the same slot or the same booth because the schedule is managed through notes and messages.
Imprecise duration per piece
The studio does not estimate how long each tattoo takes and the day fills up with dead gaps.
Deposits and no-shows
Uncontrolled deposits drive up no-shows and leave working hours unbilled in the studio.
APPROACH
tattoo artist scheduling in studios
An agent with rules, exceptions and milestone control, adapted to your sector.
Recording artist profiles
The agent stores each artist's style, average duration and rate to fit pieces into the calendar.
Scheduling by piece complexity
It assigns time based on tattoo size and detail and warns when an artist's schedule is full.
Managing deposits and reminders
It links the deposit to each appointment and sends advance reminders to reduce no-shows.
Supervised rescheduling
The agent proposes alternative slots on cancellations and the manager confirms every change.
DELIVERABLES
tattoo artist scheduling in studios
An operational, traceable agent under your control.
Clash-free per-artist schedule
A single calendar where each artist sees their sessions and assigned booths without overlaps.
Duration estimates
Expected times per piece that avoid dead gaps and double bookings during the day.
Deposit tracking
A list of deposits linked to appointments and the payment status of each studio client.
Cancellation alerts
Automatic alerts when a slot opens so it can be reassigned to the first client on the waiting list.
