Seven years ago, I worked with blockchain-based digital identity, using smart contracts on federated Ethereum to develop a self-sovereign digital identity system for citizens. Over time, I focused on privacy and data protection. Reflecting on these experiences, I want to address self-sovereignty from a privacy perspective.
