In a world that is constantly changing, companies demand new ways of carrying out projects that allow them to get the maximum performance out of every minute of work and that are capable of producing solid results without going around in circles. There is a circumstance that technology companies were born with a different model, free of hierarchies and where each person could be autonomous and creative. Work cycles were shorter and tasks were organized taking into account a delivery date. The work groups themselves decided the direction of their project, changing direct orders for bilateral communication between the client and team members.
In 'scrum', work is done in short work cycles (two to four weeks), meetings are held periodically, with a maximum of 15 minutes, and in them the client themselves gets involved to see the work developed, and propose changes or modifications. This provides natural flexibility in favor of what brings the most value to the business at any given time.
