Ulugbek Tashpulatov quietly transformed Baltabek Law's technology stack by migrating the entire firm to Google Workspace, automating client intake and triage, integrating an efficient CRM, and securing operations with cybersecurity measures—all without relying on external vendors.
The project included implementing workflows that reduced administrative time, automated forms and pipelines for intake, two-way synchronization with the CRM, and security and audit policies that ensure compliance and operational continuity. These improvements were made with a lean, sustainable systems approach, leveraging cloud solutions and collaborative tools.
A former CIO turned legal ops architect, Ulugbek now offers independent consulting to help law firms and in-house teams modernize with secure, efficient, and scalable infrastructures. His experience demonstrates that it is possible to modernize without multiplying vendors while maintaining full control over the technology platform.
