Getting the opportunity to work at Flextronics, the company of my dreams, was always something I longed for. Recently I attended my second interview, scheduled virtually at 2:00 PM, with the interviewer Mr. Alagusridhar, NPI engineer at Flextronics.
As I began introducing myself, an unexpected event occurred: my data connection ran out and the interview disconnected. I felt a lot of fear and nerves, but I did not give up. I quickly connected to my sister's network and rejoined the video call.
After reconnecting, the interview continued without issues. It was a very positive experience because Mr. Alagusridhar was kind and polite and gave me an encouraging comment saying that I spoke with confidence, which filled me with confidence and joy.
At the end, he informed me that a human resources interview would come next, news that excited me. I am very excited about the possibility of joining Flextronics and contributing my skills.
This interview taught me that when faced with unexpected problems, staying calm and acting quickly can change the course of the situation.
