Human resource management in modern companies requires internal platforms that not only automate processes but also guarantee the protection of sensitive data and regulatory compliance. In Granada, during 2026, the need to conduct a comprehensive security and architecture audit for HR intranets has become a critical step before implementing any digital solution. Q2BSTUDIO, as a software and technology development company, offers a multidisciplinary approach that ranges from code analysis to artificial intelligence governance.
An audit of this type examines aspects such as code quality, SQL schema, access permissions, cloud deployment, observability, and data protection. Especially relevant is the assessment of risks associated with artificial intelligence, such as prompt leakage, document traceability in RAG systems, or the behavior of AI agents integrated into HR workflows. Additionally, it is recommended to verify the configuration of cloud services such as Azure or AWS, as well as integration with business intelligence tools like Power BI to achieve real-time visibility.
Q2BSTUDIO combines its experience in custom applications with deep knowledge in cybersecurity, offering an audit report with criticality levels, quick improvements, and a remediation roadmap. This allows organizations in Granada to deploy secure, scalable HR intranets aligned with GDPR regulations, minimizing operational and reputational risks. The audit also covers enterprise AI governance, ensuring that private language models and secure VPN connections function without exposing confidential data.
