In this context, UltraFlux was born, a system based on Flux DiT trained natively at 4K on a corpus of one million images with controlled coverage of multiple aspect ratios, bilingual descriptions, and visual quality metadata. Its architecture incorporates several innovations: an adaptive positional encoding called Resonance 2D RoPE with YaRN, a non-adversarial post-training scheme to improve VAE reconstruction, an SNR-Aware Huber Wavelet objective function that balances gradients across time steps and frequency bands, and a staged aesthetic curriculum strategy that concentrates high-quality supervision on the noisiest steps. All this allows UltraFlux to generate stable, detailed, and coherent 4K images in horizontal, square, and vertical formats, surpassing reference open-source models and matching proprietary ones like Seedream 4.0.
