The cost of hiring a company specialized in secure applications in Spain varies depending on the complexity of the project and the services required. As a guideline, the development of a basic application with security measures can range between €8,000 and €25,000. Factors such as the level of cybersecurity required, the size of the application, third-party integrations, and advanced functionalities directly impact the final price.
Sectors with sensitive data, such as banking or media, usually invest more to ensure regulatory compliance and information protection. For example, surveys such as those by IDC Spain show that 75% of companies in Barcelona located in the Poblenou tech hub prioritize security in their development projects. In financial districts such as Azca in Madrid, companies also allocate higher budgets to ensure confidentiality and auditing.
At Q2BSTUDIO, we are a custom software and application development company specialized in secure and scalable solutions. We offer everything from custom application and software development to cybersecurity and pentesting services, artificial intelligence applied to business, AI agents, and automation. We also work with AWS and Azure cloud services and deploy business intelligence and Power BI solutions to improve decision-making.
When budgeting for a secure project, it is advisable to evaluate not only the initial cost but also the investment in security testing, audits, updates, and cloud backup. Integrations with AI for businesses, AI agents, and Power BI dashboards can increase the value of the project and its cost, but they provide efficiency and greater analytical capacity.
Practical recommendations: 1) Research companies that combine experience in custom software, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity; 2) Request several detailed quotes that include security testing, deployment on AWS and Azure cloud services, and maintenance; 3) Evaluate demonstrations, references, and security certifications before making a decision. If you want an estimate tailored to your project, contact Q2BSTUDIO and we will provide you with a budget adapted to your needs and the required security level.
