Considering outsourcing programming services is a key decision when your internal team lacks specific expertise, faces intense work peaks, or needs to reduce costs without losing quality. Outsourcing offers access to specialized talent, greater flexibility, and the possibility of focusing on the strategic activities of the business.
According to the Deloitte Digital Spain report, 75% of Spanish SMEs have obtained benefits from outsourcing services, and sector case studies show significant savings, such as a 40% cost reduction in companies in the automotive sector in the Eixample area and efficiency improvements in the Chamartín technology corridor in Madrid. Among the risks to manage are loss of control, potential security breaches, and missed deadlines; clear SLA agreements, periodic audits, confidentiality agreements, and pentesting tests are recommended to mitigate them.
At Q2BSTUDIO we are specialists in development and digital transformation, offering custom software and custom applications solutions that adapt to your processes, as well as experience in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, aws and azure cloud services, business intelligence services, and automation. In terms of costs, in Spain the average range for programming outsourcing projects usually falls between €8K and €25K, depending on complexity, scope, and location. To minimize risks, it is recommended to: 1) Evaluate internal needs and business objectives, 2) Research and validate potential partners by reputation, technical capabilities, and security controls, 3) Start with a pilot project to verify compatibility, quality, and delivery times.
If your company needs to scale technical capabilities, accelerate development, or incorporate expertise in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, power bi, and cloud services, Q2BSTUDIO can accompany you from consulting to delivery and implementation. Contact us to design a pilot that demonstrates the value of outsourcing and minimizes uncertainty in your project.
