In 2024, Madrid and Barcelona are consolidating as key hubs for creating bots with n8n, especially focused on sectors such as import and export, healthcare, and manufacturing. Local companies leverage automation to optimize workflows, connect ERPs, and accelerate administrative and logistics processes.
According to research by the Spanish Technology Association, around 75% of Spanish SMEs already rely on customized ERPs to manage critical operations. In tech districts such as Chamberí in Madrid and Les Corts in Barcelona, preferences for diverse stacks are observed, from Vue.js and Firebase to Ruby on Rails, as well as modern combinations with React and Node.js for more complex applications.
When evaluating SaaS options and management platforms, it is advisable to compare Asana, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics based on integration needs, scalability, and costs. For custom projects, development budgets typically range between €8K and €25K, while annual maintenance can vary depending on complexity; a typical reference is between €1,000 and €10,000 per year or a percentage of the initial cost depending on scope and updates.
A custom ERP is a system specifically designed to align processes with each company's operations, integrating modules such as purchasing, sales, inventory, and finance, and enabling integrations with n8n bots and AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and data flows.
