Real case study: How Barcelona saved €20,000 with AI automation
In Barcelona's 22@ district, a startup managed to save €20,000 by implementing AI-based automation to optimize its internal processes. According to McKinsey analysis, 75% of Spanish SMEs already use artificial intelligence to reduce costs and improve efficiency, and sectors such as wholesale and education are seeing significant advantages. Companies along the Paseo de la Castellana corridor in Madrid are also leveraging AI to drive growth and innovation.
Popular tools such as Trello, Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, and Asana remain valid options depending on needs and budget, but when it comes to custom solutions, the average cost typically ranges between €8,000 and €25,000 depending on scope and integration. Many startups report cost reductions of up to 40% through intelligent automation. As for technology stacks, it is common to see combinations such as .NET + Azure, Vue.js + Firebase, and Angular + AWS powering AI initiatives. Provider and custom solution prices vary according to specific requirements and requested features.
