HOGAR SOLUCIONES - Plataforma gestión integral reparaciones

Home Solutions is an application designed to manage all the home assistance reports that are not covered by the insurance. The platform allows you to centralize the complete operation: receipt of the case, validation, request for quotation, assignment to suppliers, coordination of the intervention, monitoring of the work and final closing. The aim of the project was to digitise a process that is normally managed in a fragmented way, providing control, traceability and efficiency at each stage of the service.

The management of home services not covered by insurers usually involves multiple actors, dispersed communications and little visibility into the real status of each case.
It was necessary to build a solution that would allow all operations to be coordinated from a single platform, facilitating both the assignment to the supplier network and the monitoring of the service until its resolution.
