OPTION 1 - Using exclusion lists
This is really the best option, as it ensures that from now on those pages won't bother you anymore.
You'll be surprised to see my own domain in the image. No, I don't consider myself a Good Samaritan, but this is Google's default way of preventing visits that move within your website from being considered external visits. That is, if you go from article A to article B within a blog, it would be counted as an external visit if your blog's name weren't on this list.
Go to the very top, from anywhere in Google Analytics, to the Admin tab, and then:
Within the property column, click on the Tracking Info dropdown
Referral Exclusion List.
Add referral exclusion
Enter the malicious addresses, one by one, exactly as they appear in your Google Analytics statistics. (Without https:// or www. Just the address alone)
The downside of this option is that it is not retroactive.
It will only block the non-visits from Russia or not-so-Russian ones, but of dubious authenticity, from now on. So you'll see the results of this option in the coming days.
OPTION 2 - Creating a Segment
Click on All Sessions and then on Create Segment.
And finally, under Conditions, fill in the Samaritan visits you want to remove.
To do this, look in your statistics for visits you believe are malicious, such as
