In my CSS library called butterfly CSS you can create a responsive arrow that uses an image from pngtree and custom attributes to rotate and adapt the component to different breakpoints.

Quick tips: use relative units for sizes, take advantage of h-100 and w-100 classes to fill the container, and combine rotation attributes with your CSS media queries if you need more control over behavior between breakpoints.
