The code implements fault tolerance through retries in strong_request and retry in the task function, and uses an ErrorMonitor error monitoring decorator for alerts in case of failures. It also defines local and AWS execution modes. Locally, the browser is launched with options aimed at mitigating automation detection, and in cloud environments the use of a virtual display is suggested to simulate a graphical environment on servers without X. Finally, a mechanism is offered to schedule periodic executions through scheduled_task.
