Create an enterprise AI platform ready to sell to multiple customers
ANCO needed a solution that would enable it to deliver artificial intelligence to its own customers in a controlled, scalable, and centralized manner.
The goal was to develop a platform from which to manage different customers, connect their data sources, configure business applications, define permissions, and deploy intelligent assistants integrated into Microsoft Teams.
Each customer needed to be able to have their own environment, their own data sources, and their own configuration, while keeping information separate, secure, and properly governed.
In addition, the solution had to allow you to connect sources such as SharePoint and Odoo, including business information, sales, and other ERP modules, so that the assistant could answer real questions based on business data.
Another key point was to implement an RAG system without relying on Azure Search, using Qdrant as a vector engine for semantic search and information retrieval.
