Automate critical processes without losing control or traceability
ASUS needed to streamline different internal processes that required constant exchange of information between external applications, equipment, and systems. Part of the operation depended on manual actions, emails, repetitive checks and updates that consumed time and could cause delays or inconsistencies.
One of the main challenges was to improve the management of RMA and after-sales processes, ensuring that each request progressed correctly through its different statuses, that the information remained synchronized and that those responsible could know at all times what was happening.
The solution needed to integrate with existing infrastructure, automate tasks without disrupting operations, and offer visual tools that facilitate day-to-day management.
