The challenge
Turning an industrial machine into a connected digital experience
The challenge was to develop a solution capable of coordinating all the physical and digital elements of the Automix machines: PLC control, collection, selection and dispensing of drinks, playback of animations and videos, recording of consumption and permanent communication with the cloud.
In addition, the machines had to operate at different festivals, each with its own configuration, image, drink menu, prices and content. It was essential to offer a centralized platform from which to control the status of the equipment, anticipate incidents, manage maintenance and analyze all the activity without the need to intervene in person on each machine.
