The challenge
Bringing industrial machine vision to a visual, flexible, and easy-to-manage platform
The challenge of the project was to transform artificial vision processes, usually complex and highly technical, into an accessible, robust and operational solution for the day-to-day work of the plant. It was necessary to develop tools that would allow industrial cameras to be configured, inspection zones to be defined, validation rules to be parameterized and results to be clearly controlled, without constantly relying on complex manual configurations or unintuitive software.
In addition, the solution had to be adapted to different production scenarios, with changing needs depending on the type of part, line, station or quality criteria. It was also essential to offer a global view of the system's status, with alerts, traceability, metrics and real-time monitoring to facilitate decision-making and reduce errors, rejections and downtimes.
Finally, the project required combining the technical power of an artificial vision solution with a modern, visual and practical user experience, both in Windows and web formats, so that technicians, operators and managers could work on the same centralized platform.
