CALL Soluciones needed a platform capable of serving two types of customers with different needs: communities that require continuous management of services and individuals who seek to request specific actions quickly and easily.
The challenge was to unify the corporate website, application capture and internal management without forcing the team to work with separate tools. Each request had to be properly recorded, assigned to the appropriate service, and kept up to date throughout its lifecycle.
The solution also needed to facilitate communication with customers, organize the documentation associated with each action, and provide a clear view of the workload, pending services, and the status of each request. All this had to be managed from a visual interface, flexible and prepared to grow together with the business.
