Centralize a complex operation with multiple profiles, languages and work phases
Daruma managed numerous translation projects that had to go through different stages: file reception, analysis, assignment, translation, revision, quality control and delivery to the client.
Each project could include different languages, documents, deadlines and professionals involved. This made it necessary to constantly coordinate translators, proofreaders, managers and managers, maintaining a clear view of the status of work at all times.
The challenge was to replace fragmented management with a single platform that would allow the company's entire operations to be organized. The application had to facilitate task planning, control deadlines, correctly distribute the workload and avoid loss of information or duplication.
It was also imperative to provide clients with a private environment from which they could view the progress of their projects, review documentation, provide feedback, and download final files, without the need to continually request updates.
The solution had to be visual, intuitive and adaptable to the different profiles, showing each user only the information and tools necessary to carry out their work.
