Digitize a technical, documentary, and administrative process from start to finish
The management of an approval requires coordinating a large amount of information related to the vehicle, the modification made, the technical documentation, the revisions, the validations and the bodies responsible for issuing the certification.
The challenge was to replace a fragmented operation with a high manual load with a single platform that would allow each file to be controlled from its opening to its completion.
It was necessary to ensure that all the required documents were correctly associated with the vehicle and the approval requested, that the technicians could review the information in an orderly manner and that each phase was recorded with full traceability.
The solution also needed to give users a clear view of the status of their request. The client needed to know if the documentation had been received, if the file was in validation, if there were any pending actions or if the certification had already been issued.
In addition, the system had to help reduce errors, waiting times and repetitive communications, facilitating faster, more transparent and efficient management for both the internal team and end customers.
