Unify quality management across multiple sites and profiles
Egarsat needed to have a common tool to manage the quality of different hospitals and entities, preventing information from being distributed among documents, emails and independent systems.
The challenge was to create a platform capable of offering a global vision of all the centres and, at the same time, maintaining specific management for each entity. The information had to be organized, updated and available to the different managers according to their profile and level of access.
It was also necessary to structure processes such as audits, incidents, improvement plans, documentation and monitoring of indicators. Each action had to be linked to the corresponding center and maintain a complete history of changes, responsibilities and results.
The solution had to be simple for employees and customers, allowing them to consult information, send requests, track procedures and access reports without depending on external communications.
