The challenge

Coordinate people, services, and resources across multiple centers without losing control

Excellent needed to manage a distributed operation among numerous customers, facilities and work teams. Daily planning could change due to absences, substitutions, new service needs or incidents that required an immediate response.

The challenge was to replace dispersed processes with a single platform that would connect personnel planning with the contracted services, work centers and resources needed for each intervention.

It was also essential to control materials, stocks and fixed assets, avoiding stock shortages and maintaining the traceability of the resources delivered to each piece of equipment or installation.

The solution needed to be simple for field staff while providing managers and administrators with a comprehensive and up-to-date view of the entire operation.
