The challenge
Centralize therapeutic care without losing closeness or continuity
Gen A needed to organize all the activity related to their therapies, professionals, patients and sessions in a single tool. Information needed to be clearly available, but maintaining the privacy and control necessary in a therapeutic setting.
The challenge was to replace separate calendars, annotations, and processes with a connected platform. Psychologists and psychiatrists had to be able to prepare each session, consult background information and record their notes in a way that was as natural as writing on paper.
It was also necessary to coordinate agendas, assistants, therapies and fees, avoiding duplication and facilitating the follow-up of each person throughout their process.
The solution had to adapt both to work from a computer and to the daily use of tablets, offering a simple, secure experience that is ready to accompany the evolution of the center.
