Grupo Ubesol needed a solution capable of facilitating access to internal information dispersed between different corporate systems.
The company works with data, documents, processes, and tasks spread across SharePoint, SAP, Jira, SQL databases, internal lists, and other key sources. This meant that many queries required searching through various tools, changing platforms, or relying on specific people to locate the right information.
The challenge was to create a business AI capable of understanding natural questions, searching the right sources, and responding with useful, accurate, and contextual information.
In addition, it was imperative that the system respected corporate security: Active Directory permissions, SharePoint permissions, per-user access, and control over what information each person could access.
