The challenge

Transform large volumes of hotel data into more profitable business decisions

Managing a hotel's revenue requires constantly analyzing occupancy, reservations, pricing, expected demand, channel behavior, and the evolution of each room type.

The challenge was to bring all this information together on a clear and operational platform, avoiding managers having to work with scattered data or reports that were difficult to compare.

It was also necessary to facilitate anticipation. The solution needed to help detect changes in the pace of bookings, periods of increased demand, and opportunities to adjust rates before they affected performance.
