Automate a multi-channel operation with an increasing volume of orders and updates
The day-to-day management of a business that sells through Amazon requires processing orders, reviewing inventory, preparing shipments, updating prices, and monitoring the status of each shipment on an ongoing basis.
The challenge was to reduce the manual burden associated with these tasks and avoid errors caused by working with information distributed between Amazon, the online store, carriers, and different internal tools.
In addition, prices had to be kept synchronized both on Amazon and on the website, applying rules capable of reacting to market changes without compromising the profitability of the products.
It was also necessary to automate the generation of transport labels and to have a platform from which to consult the status of all orders, processes, automations and updates made.
