Klinea works with large volumes of technical, documentary, commercial and operational information distributed among different corporate systems.
Teams needed to query SharePoint documentation, SQL database data, Pipedrive business information, and other internal resources without having to manually search across multiple platforms.
The challenge was to develop an artificial intelligence capable of understanding natural language questions, locating the right information, and providing answers based on the company's real data.
In addition, the solution had to operate within a private environment, maintain control over the data, and respect each user's permissions using Active Directory and SharePoint.
The project also had to allow the creation of different specialized agents, prepared to solve specific needs in areas such as engineering, quality, production, operations, purchasing, commercial or document management.
