Development of an online platform to supervise and manage the Caffè d'Autore machine park. Leonardo allows restaurant chains, roasting companies, users and technical services to consult information, detect incidents and intervene remotely from a single environment.

The challenge

Control a distributed machine park without losing visibility or responsiveness

The management of a large number of coffee machines installed in different establishments requires knowledge of their condition, operation and performance at all times.

The information had to be available both to the owners of the park and to the users and technical services, avoiding depending on face-to-face reviews to detect any anomaly.

It was also necessary to reduce response times to incidents, facilitate maintenance and have reliable data to optimize costs, investments and quality of service.

The challenge was to connect the entire machinery fleet on a common platform, capable of converting the technical data of each piece of equipment into useful information for the different profiles of the organization.
