Connect the diner experience with the restaurant's internal operations
The restaurant needed to reduce waiting times and offer the customer greater autonomy throughout their stay, from consulting the menu to paying the bill.
Each table had to have its own access, simple and without facilities, avoiding forcing users to download an application or register to place an order.
It was also necessary to allow several people to participate in the same table, to consult what was requested and to maintain a clear view of the accumulated amount.
At the same time, all mobile orders had to arrive immediately at the restaurant and be able to be automatically printed on the corresponding printers.
The challenge was to bring together the mobile customer experience, table management, order picking, payments, and local printing within a single solution.
