Centralize the day-to-day management of the center on a single platform
The ISMB needed a solution capable of unifying academic, administrative, and operational processes that were managed from different tools and sources of information.
The project had to make it possible to organise courses, groups, classes and timetables, control student attendance, manage on-call teachers, cover substitutions and maintain a reliable record of all the school's activity.
It was also necessary to facilitate communication between teachers, students and families, offering clear and updated information for each profile.
Another major challenge was to ensure compliance with regulatory controls and obligations, keeping information organized, traceable, and ready for reporting when needed.
The platform needed to be fully manageable, flexible, and ready to connect via APIs with external systems to import and synchronize data.
