The challenge
Connect veterinary clinics, physical analyzers, and medical results in a single system
RalVet needed a solution capable of digitizing and centralizing the entire workflow of a veterinary practice: from managing clients and pets to receiving results from analysis machines.
The main challenge was to connect very different physical analyzers to each other, each with its own communication methods, firmware versions, data formats and technical configurations.
In addition, clinics needed a simple web environment to view results, link them to patients, generate medical reports, and export them in PDF, without relying on manual processes or data transcriptions.
It was also necessary to maintain a living connection between the different components of the system, detect real-time statuses, and ensure that information traveled reliably from the machine to the clinical platform.
