Centralize complex project management in a single tool
SENER needed an internal application capable of adapting to the diversity of projects with which the company works.
The information had to be organized in a clear and accessible way, allowing projects, assigned technicians, customers, partners, documentation and reports to be managed from the same environment.
In addition, it was necessary to incorporate a system to monitor tenders, a key part of controlling opportunities, statuses, dates, documentation and evolution of each candidacy.
The challenge was to define a functional structure capable of covering the real needs of the company, facilitating the daily work of the team and offering a global vision of the entire activity.
