Development of a private platform for the complete management of the life cycle of SEPIDES public contracts. The solution allows registration, digitization, advanced search, document management, supplier control, typologies, roles, differentiated access, renewals and alarms within a secure intranet network.

The challenge

Digitize and control the entire contracting cycle within a private network

SEPIDES needed an internal platform that would allow it to manage all the information related to its contracting processes in an orderly and secure way.

The system had to work within its intranet network, guaranteeing privacy, access control and security in the management of sensitive documentation.

The challenge was to centralize contracts, suppliers, typologies, associated documentation, renewals, expirations and alarms in a single tool, avoiding dispersed processes and improving traceability.

In addition, it was necessary for different users to be able to access the platform with differentiated permissions according to their role, department or responsibility within the process.
