Unify all business processes on a single platform
Ricoh Digital Systems needed a tool capable of centralizing the company's global management and connecting areas that until then required multiple processes, data and workflows.
The system had to cover the entire operational cycle: from the initial sale and budget, to product reservation, purchase, distribution, delivery, installation, service registration, follow-up and recurring billing.
In addition, the project required managing business-specific information, such as printers, monthly colour and black and white printing, eco-points, service fees and automatic leasing calculations with personalised coefficients and conditions.
The challenge was to build a robust, clear and flexible ERP, prepared for different roles, departments and users working connected in real time.
