Purchasing travel insurance can be confusing when the user must interpret multiple coverages, limits, exclusions, and prices before making a decision.
The challenge was to transform this process into a simple and fast experience, guiding the traveler from the introduction of their trip data to the final contract in a few steps.
The solution also had to connect different products and insurers, present the options in an understandable way and ensure a fully digital payment and issuance process.
At the same time, the internal team needed to control all operations from a single tool: products, rates, customers, policies, documentation, payments and monitoring of contracts made from the web or mobile application.
