Digitising travel insurance for groups and agencies
Winsartorio needed a platform that would allow agencies to manage travel insurance for groups quickly, centrally and securely.
The process had to cover the entire operational cycle: creation of applications, group registration, passenger management, connection with insurers, issuance of policies, modifications, passenger changes, billing and collections.
One of the main challenges was to connect the portal with different insurers via API, allowing you to obtain rates, issue policies in real-time and reduce manual tasks.
In addition, the platform needed to automate complex financial processes, such as invoice generation, collection management, and the creation of SEPA receipts prepared for the banking process.
The objective was to build a robust tool that would simplify the work of agencies and offer a much more agile, traceable and efficient operation.
