Manage orders, couriers, and routes in real-time
Akuto needed a solution capable of centralizing all delivery operations from a single environment.
The main challenge was to control the complete cycle of each order: receiving, allocation, route planning, tracking, final delivery and customer evaluation.
In addition, logistics operations required flexibility to adapt to constant changes: new orders, delays, incidents, changes in address, traffic, availability of delivery drivers or delivery priorities.
There was also a need to provide a visual tool for the administration team to manage orders, view route status, assign delivery drivers, and make quick decisions based on up-to-date information.
The goal was to build a platform that would not only organize the cast, but help optimize it on an ongoing basis.
