TRAINING FOR COMPANIES
Your team using generative AI with criteria from tomorrow
Practical course on AI for business profiles: ChatGPT, Copilot, prompting, content creation, data analysis and automation of daily tasks.
What is AI for Business (Use and Prompting)?
Generative AI (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini) is already an accessible productivity tool for any professional. But the difference between using it well and using it badly is enormous: a trained team obtains useful results in minutes; An untrained team gets generic answers, makes mistakes, and loses confidence in the tool.
At Q2BSTUDIO we form business teams (marketing, sales, HR, operations, management, customer service) in the professional use of generative AI. It is not a technical course: it is training for people who want to be more productive in their daily work using AI as a tool, not as a replacement for their judgment.
We cover: what generative AI is and isn't (actual capabilities, limits, hallucinations), effective prompting (how to ask for useful results: context, specificity, format, examples, iteration), use cases by area (writing, summarizing, analysis, research, presentations, email, brainstorming, planning), accessible tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, image/video tools), and critical limits (what NOT to entrust to AI, verification, privacy, bias).
The exercises are with real team tasks: writing a complex email, summarizing a report, preparing a presentation, analyzing data from a table, comparing options, generating ideas for a campaign. Participants see the immediate impact on their productivity and learn to iterate when the first outcome isn't good.
Security and privacy are a central axis: what data NOT to enter into cloud tools, differentiation between free and enterprise models, data policies of each provider, and how the company can define rules of use. We also address bias and verification: never accept factual data without verifying, understand that the model does not reason but generates probable text.
We adapt to the level: from profiles that have never used ChatGPT to teams that already use it but want structure, security and better results. We delivered prompting guide by use case, security checklist and suggested use policy for the company.
