TRAINING FOR COMPANIES
Govern AI in your organization with executive judgment
Course for executives on AI governance: regulatory framework (AI Act), risks, operating model, costs, suppliers and responsible adoption strategy.
What is AI Governance Course for IT Managers and Managers?
Artificial intelligence is entering organizations faster than the ability to govern them. Executives, CIOs and IT managers face critical decisions without specific training: which AI projects to prioritize, what risks to accept, how to comply with regulation (AI Act, GDPR), how to control costs that scale, how to evaluate suppliers, how to define usage policies and how to measure real value without getting carried away by hype.
This executive course of Q2BSTUDIO trains decision profiles in AI governance: it is not technical training to build models, but strategic training to lead the adoption of AI with criteria, responsibility and control. It is a COURSE (training), not a consulting service (implementation). AI governance implementation consulting is offered in the dedicated hub.
The syllabus covers: overview of real capabilities of current AI (what it can and can't, without hype), regulatory framework (European AI Act, risk levels, obligations, GDPR applied to AI), operational risks (bias, hallucinations, vendor lock-in, hidden costs, data security), governance operating model (inventory of uses, classification by risk, committee, policies, metrics), evaluation of suppliers and solutions (criteria, key questions, red flags), costs and budget (how to estimate, how to control, how to measure real ROI), and roadmap (prioritize, pilot, scale, measure, adjust).
The format is executive: concentrated sessions (half-day or full-day), business language (non-technical), real sector cases, applicable decision frameworks and space for discussion about the reality of each participant. It's not a generic academy course: it adapts to the industry, size, and AI maturity of the participants.
Each participant ends up with: a real understanding of what AI can and can't, criteria for prioritizing projects, a framework for assessing risks and suppliers, knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework, and a suggested roadmap for their organization. We do not promise that in a day they will become experts; We promise that they make informed decisions instead of reacting to hype.
It is important to distinguish this course from the AI Governance consulting service (hub 17): the course trains on the conceptual and decision framework; The consultancy implements the complete operating model with tools, policies and continuous support. They are complementary.
