In the Resolution, the Agency considers that the two sanctioned companies use first-party and third-party cookies on the terminals of users accessing websites under their ownership without informing them, in a clear and complete manner, about the use of cookies that will be installed and the purposes of the processing of information retrieved through them.
Likewise, it is proven that the sanctioned entities do not validly collect informed consent for the use of cookies.
In the Resolution, the Agency reminds of the means to comply with the regulations established in the LSSI already agreed with the industry in the Guide on the use of cookies published last April.
