The challenge

Control documentation, expenses, and operational processes from a single platform

Visualmax needed a solution that would allow it to centrally manage key processes related to occupational risk prevention, documentation, suppliers and economic control.

One of the main challenges was to avoid the dispersion of documents, expiration dates, certificates, expenses and tasks associated with suppliers. The company needed a tool capable of showing the status of each element, giving notice before the documentation expired and facilitating the monitoring of the entire management cycle.

In addition, it was necessary to incorporate intelligent automations that reduced manual tasks, such as sending messages when documentation was due, automatically reviewing files with AI or making automatic calls to suppliers to assign jobs.

The goal was to have a visual, reliable and scalable system that would help reduce risks, save time and improve operational control.
